About Us

Auto Aircon (UK) Limited are Vehicle Air Conditioning Specialists providing everything from Service, Fault Finding, Repair, Parts and Installation.

Our workshops are based in Redditch, Worcestershire from where we offer our full facilities and parts counter. A mobile service is also available.

SERVICING
Annual servicing of your vehicles air conditioning system can be beneficial in detecting problems such as leaks in the system and defective components thus maintaining efficiency throughout the year.

Service Items:
- Check system pressures, vent temperatures and analyse gas content.
- Check functioning of all controls and air distribution.
- Check condition of all pipes, fittings and condenser.
- Check cooling fan operation.
- Check belt tension and condition.-
- Check drain tubes for obstructions.
- Leak test system.
- Degas, measuring quantity extracted.
- Replace receiver dryer.
- Evacuate and recharge.
- Add leak dye to system.

REPAIR
Fault Finding
Finding One of the largest element of our business is fault finding. Our ability to quickly analyse and accurately pin point problems in air conditioning and advanced climate control systems is well known and respected.

Repair

Being able to draw on a range of in stock parts and components as well as our direct links with all the major UK suppliers of air conditioning supplies means we are able to carry out repairs without delay and in most cases are able to immediately resolve problems with systems.

INSTALLATIONS
Having performed a large number of bespoke installations across a wide range of vehicles we can assess and provide options, where appropriate, for completely bespoke air conditioning systems.

Whilst these systems require a reasonable investment and are usually scheduled for the quieter times of the year, they can completely transform the comfort when driving these vehicles. Please phone us to discuss your requirements in more detail.

PARTS
We always maintain a range of parts and components in stock to enable us to, in many cases, complete a repair within one visit to our workshops.

In addition, we also maintain direct links with all the major UK suppliers of air conditioning supplies, so whatever the job involves, sourcing the right components is never a problem.

We operate a Parts Counter where we will be happy to sell components and products on a supply only basis, please call us for availability.

MOBILE SERVICES
Where a visit to our workshops is either inconvenient, or inappropriate, we can (by agreement) schedule a mobile service where we can bring all the necessary equipment, tools and parts to provide service.
